At our Service Centre, we have everything we need to inspect your bike and battery and to carry out any and all repairs needed. Our trained engineers are experts in the ins and outs of e-bikes. They can tackle any problem you might have with your bike and more than competent to answer any technical questions you might have.

Inside our service centre, there are separate areas where we deal with all mechanical and electronic issues.

Unlike our competitors, we keep a full range of spare parts in stock, including parts from every generation of LifeCycle bike going back the original launch of the bikes in 2006.

When you buy an electric bike, it is vital that you purchase from a retailer who understands how they work, and also has the stock and spare parts that you may need to keep your bike in top condition, along with the facilities and expertise required to make any repairs should they be needed. Most internet warehouses don’t offer this, but we do! When you buy your e-bike from Electric Bike World you can be assured that your customer service includes
